About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Randolph Loyd - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences that drive the growth and success of our insurance agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support to meet their evolving needs.
  • Provide Prompt and Accurate Service: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Client Education and Needs Assessment: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options, identifying gaps or duplication in coverage and making recommendations to enhance their protection.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of clients while promoting the development of our business, collaborating with other agency team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License: Possess a minimum of 1 year's experience in the insurance industry, with a valid Property and Casualty license; ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
  • Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively relate to clients, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Be proactive in problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
