Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established work instructions to perform tasks safely and consistently.
  • Work in all areas of the furnace, including maintenance and repair.
  • Participate in basic training on casting operations and minimize losses throughout the process.
  • Monitor the operation of gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure the machine is working properly.
  • Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material moving equipment as needed.
  • Work in warm areas and maintain good communication skills, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, adaptability to various working conditions, and teamwork.
Work Schedule

Our team works 12-hour rotating shifts, with 14 shifts per month and 7 consecutive days off (1 week off every month).
