Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Membership Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by converting guests into members and retaining existing members.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet all guests with a smile, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and address member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive Member Retention: Follow daily operation guides, provide great customer service, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote the Value of Practitioner-Assisted Stretching: Hit sales goals, encourage add-on sessions, and continuously improve sales skills to promote the benefits of our unique membership model.
  • Protect the Culture of Stretch Zone: Support team goals, build positive relationships with members and team members, and maintain a professional and positive work environment.
