At Crunch Fitness, we're looking for a friendly and approachable Member Services Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet members and guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome
- Check in members and guests efficiently and accurately
- Facilitate communication and resolve any issues or concerns
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate special events and promotions to members and guests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with member requests and forward to management as needed
- Meet sales targets for retail products
- Schedule member services and facilitate payment
- Stay up-to-date on club facilities, services, and schedules
- Valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
- Experience working with children
- Certifications as required by local/state laws
- Lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Stand, bend, and squat frequently
- Climb and hang decorations as needed
