Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services, process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
- Relationship Building: Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files and formulas, pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and ensure that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Store Maintenance: Clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist in making deliveries as needed, maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Age and Authorization: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, and previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
