Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Wage: $25.88 to $40.44, commensurate with experience and education
  • Retention Incentive: $5,000 based on eligibility
  • Relocation Support: Up to $7,500 available
  • Temporary Accommodation: 90 days of housing assistance provided

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and document patients' physical and emotional needs, collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Assist in developing and implementing care plans under the guidance of registered nurses, considering the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide care based on established medical orders and nursing protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among caregivers regarding patient status and care continuity.
  • Document patient observations and care provided accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Participate in the admission process, ensuring clear communication with patients and families regarding care procedures.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with completion of an accredited medical assisting program. Certification as a Medical Assistant is required, along with current BLS certification. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a clinical environment and additional educational qualifications are advantageous.
