Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Help residents with mobility and transfer assistance
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
