- Pre-register guests and prepare key packets for a seamless check-in experience.
- Organize and oversee check-in and pre-registration procedures for groups arriving at the property.
- Monitor and accommodate requests for room or check-out changes, communicating updates to relevant staff.
- Confirm and manage reservations and cancellations efficiently.
- Conduct daily reviews of out-of-order rooms and ensure pricing aligns with market standards.
- Verify guest billing and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate guest documentation and paperwork.
- Facilitate all guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring activation of room keys and secure payment collection.
- Identify and address any over-commitments or duplicate reservations.
- Generate daily reports and follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met satisfactorily.
- Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.

- Less than one year of related work experience.
