Key Responsibilities:
  • Full project life cycle ownership, including implementation from initiation to deployment
  • Attend regularly scheduled project status meetings with Automation engineers and the System Integrator
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Manage project scope and changes
  • Set and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
  • Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables
  • Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Siemens, PLC experience required
  • Knowledge of WinCC OA is preferred
  • DeltaV experience is preferred
  • AVEVA PI experience is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with GMP in the pharmaceutical industry is a preferred
