Job Description:

Collabera is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Payroll Specialist to partner with our team in reviewing processes, recommending best practices, and providing guidance on payroll process improvement.

Responsibilities:

The selected individual will have a deep understanding of underlying payroll processes and how they can be applied at our organization. They will ask questions and challenge the status quo to drive process improvements, partner with the team to review processes and recommend best practices and industry knowledge, and utilize leadership and hands-on experience to provide consultant-style guidance on end-to-end payroll process improvement.

Qualification:

A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8+ years of applicable experience is required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Technology ev6, Workday, and experience working with large global organizations within the U.S., providing guidance on payroll best practices, and speaking with vendors. They will also have end-to-end payroll processing experience and be able to articulate their role effectively, have attention to detail, and be able to work well within a team.
