Job Title: Production Supervisor

Resonetics is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead one of our value streams. This is a hands-on supervisory position that requires strong technical leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Plan and execute the production schedule, providing supervision and direction to Production Team Leaders and Laser Operators.
  • Safety and Training: Conduct safety and orientation training with new employees, and oversee and maintain safety practices in accordance with safe operations and company policies.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the efficiency and quality of all production jobs, review goals of cells daily, and identify root cause if goals were not obtained.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and replenishment of all production supplies, and control and organize timesheets for production personnel.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals and communicate information to senior management, and manage employee conduct or performance problems in a manner consistent with Resonetics policies.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and informatively to both management and staff.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer operations and programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data tracking systems.
  • Manufacturing Experience: 4 years or more of manufacturing experience, or equivalent.
