We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Immunization Program team in Collin County, TX. As an Immunization Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in administering immunizations to infants, children, and adults, while ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Administer immunizations to patients in a fast-paced environment
- Review and record immunization records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Network with area schools and community providers to coordinate mass immunization clinics
- Provide education to the general public on vaccine safety and efficacy
- Maintain electronic immunization records and medical supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Texas
- At least two years of experience in immunization or a related field
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic health records
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
