Clinical Care Specialist

Job Summary:
LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Administer immunizations and injections, and provide patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, take vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening.
- Assist with patient registration and intake, and help manage the wait room to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
- Pass the FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
Licensure/Certifications:
The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
Education:
Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
