**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Golden Grace Adult Day Activity Facility in McKinney, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support to our participants, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

**Health Assessments and Care Planning:**

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments of participants to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor participants' health status and update care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

**Medication Management:**

• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure timely administration.

**Nursing Care and Support:**

• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, injections, and other medical procedures.
• Monitor participants' health status and respond to medical emergencies.

**Health Education and Promotion:**

• Educate participants and their families on health management, medication administration, and lifestyle changes.
• Provide guidance on disease prevention and health promotion.

**Documentation and Compliance:**

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all participants.
• Document nursing interventions and participants' responses to care.
• Ensure compliance with Texas state regulations and facility policies.

**Leadership and Development:**

• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other healthcare staff.
• Provide training and education to staff on best practices and facility protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
