Lafrance Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bench General Manager to provide interim leadership to our hotel properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, mentoring and coaching staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume all responsibilities of a General Manager, including overseeing hotel operations, managing staff, and driving revenue growth.
- Mentor and coach staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, property improvement plans, and operational budgets for assigned hotels.
- Perform regular reviews of financial reports and participate in revenue management processes.
- Support sales staff in achieving sales goals and conduct quarterly analysis to test achievement of sales bonus plans.
- Participate in company-wide sales efforts and assist in the development and implementation of sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures and represent the organization in the business community.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to be mobile and relocated to properties as assigned.
