Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume all responsibilities of a General Manager, including overseeing hotel operations, managing staff, and driving revenue growth.
  • Mentor and coach staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze hotel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, property improvement plans, and operational budgets for assigned hotels.
  • Perform regular reviews of financial reports and participate in revenue management processes.
  • Support sales staff in achieving sales goals and conduct quarterly analysis to test achievement of sales bonus plans.
  • Participate in company-wide sales efforts and assist in the development and implementation of sales plans.
  • Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures and represent the organization in the business community.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to be mobile and relocated to properties as assigned.
