Nursing Director Critical Care Leadership Position

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to lead our Critical Care team at Abrazo West Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the highest level of patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Direct and supervise staff to ensure effective workflow and patient care
* Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management, with 3 years of supervisory experience
* Current Arizona Registered Nurse License
* Training in wound care and hyperbaric therapy from a nationally recognized provider
