Job Summary

Darwill, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and distributing compelling digital content across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

You will work closely with our SEO and Creative teams to develop content strategies that align with our clients' brand voices and marketing goals. Your expertise in content creation, management, and analysis will be essential in driving meaningful results for our clients.

We are looking for a creative, results-driven individual who is passionate about digital content and has a strong understanding of the latest industry trends. If you are a self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and elevate content: Write, edit, and proofread compelling content across various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, and digital ads, tailored to meet the unique needs of multiple B2C clients.
  • Lead content strategy and scheduling: Organize and manage content calendars for multiple clients, overseeing strategic, consistent, and timely distribution across all platforms to drive results.
  • Collaborate with clients: Act as a content partner, communicating closely with clients throughout the review process to capture their vision and reflect their goals in every piece of content.
  • Craft captivating social media posts: Create on-brand, attention-grabbing social media captions that spark user interaction, build community, and align with marketing objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in an advertising and marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking.
  • Skillfully balances competing priorities, staying organized and focused to ensure tasks are completed on time and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, WordPress, Drupal, and SEMrush is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to create and execute plans.
  • Has a passion for marketing and enjoys working in a collaborative atmosphere.
