Job Summary

The Senior Procurement Specialist is a key member of the TrueCare team, responsible for managing various procurement tasks, warehouse inventory, and supplier relationships. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform procurement tasks, including sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Identify and collaborate with key suppliers to meet business needs.
  • Prepare summary reports to management on procurement activities and trends.
  • Perform competitive bids and RFPs to ensure best value for TrueCare.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience with Great Plains Procurement software and asset tracking and inventory management software.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
