Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Assess and document patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Lead and Collaborate with the Healthcare Team: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, provide guidance and support, and work collaboratively to achieve patient care goals.
- Maintain Accurate Records and Reports: Document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement efforts, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education and Licensure: Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing, valid RN license, and valid CPR certification.
