Job Title: Banquet Captain

Job Summary:

The Banquet Captain is responsible for supporting the Kitchen Leadership in maintaining a culture of service within the team. This role is essential in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity with employees, coworkers, and guests.
  • Ensure a proper flow of service and FOH staffing levels during shifts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to reduce operational costs.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training. A post-high school degree in Hospitality is preferred.
  • 2 years of food and beverage supervision/lead experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Luxury branded hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Valid New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of Restaurant Point of Sale systems.
  • Ability to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
