Job Overview

As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. We are seeking a motivated and self-starting professional to join our winning team as an Office Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to support the growth of our business.
  • Collaborate with the agent to identify and support local community events, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential customers.
  • Assist with managing the website and social media content, ensuring our online presence is engaging and informative.

Requirements
  • Sales experience and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals
  • People-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license
