Office Technology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, customizing, and repairing office technology products, including imaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on office technology products
- Collaborate with the Technical Training Coordinator to update status on assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on assigned training, manufacturer updates, and product knowledge to support all aspects of office products
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience troubleshooting electronics equipment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to unexpected changes
