Job Title: Digital Media Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team at Rhodes State College. As a key member of our Marketing and Public Relations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital media strategies to enhance our college's reputation and achieve enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design digital components of our marketing efforts, including website development, digital advertising, email templates, and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with our Director of Marketing and College Relations to develop and deliver integrated digital media campaigns.
  • Provide technical and creative support for college digital boards, including video production and editing.
  • Produce high-quality, branded graphics and ensure web content is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards.
  • Monitor website analytics and apply data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience in content development and social media management.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems.
