KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit and nurture a team passionate about medical cannabis and exceptional service.
  • Lead by example, embodying service excellence, dedication, positivity, and energy.
  • Support and uphold the mission and culture of BEYOND / HELLO.
  • Mentor and inspire the team through training and performance evaluations to exceed company expectations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to meet store staff needs.
  • Adhere to established policies and execute company programs related to customer service, staff management, inventory control, cash handling, compliance, and safety.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to facilitate company growth.
  • Manage store scheduling to optimize revenue while controlling costs.
  • Conduct daily inventory audits and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Oversee monthly inventory reconciliations and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist patients and staff with cannabis product recommendations.
  • Address employee and customer concerns diplomatically, collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of cannabis products, their effects, and quality metrics.
  • Present a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Comply with all local and state regulations.
  • Manage deliveries and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Regional Dispensary Manager.
  • Ensure the store is organized and clean at all times.
  • Attract customers through innovative display ideas and effective merchandising.
  • Evaluate competition by analyzing other retail stores.
  • Support team-building initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Report product-related issues to management promptly.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a compliant and efficient store environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current employment with Jushi is required.
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
  • Experience or education in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in dispensary, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service roles is required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with retail POS systems.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and mathematical skills are essential.
  • Comfortable with cash handling and basic arithmetic operations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequent desk-based computer tasks.
  • Regularly required to sit and stand.
  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Work environment may have moderate to loud noise levels.
