Kokosing is a leading general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This includes managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project teams, including project engineers, superintendents, and foremen.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage project budgets and finances.
