About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Associate to join our team at Tri City Rentals. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP payroll software and possess excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, as well as resolving payroll discrepancies and providing support for payroll-related inquiries.

You will also be responsible for receiving new hire packets, ensuring documents are complete, and creating new employee profiles in ADP. Additionally, you will update employee payroll records, including changes to benefits, pay, job title, assigned work location, employment status, exemptions, and savings deductions.

The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 per year, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Health Benefits, 401(k) plus Matching, Vacation, PTO, and Paid Holidays.
