Job Description: Legal Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Legal Administrative Assistant. This role will involve providing high-level administrative support to our attorneys, including preparing legal documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare complex legal documents and correspondence through typing and transcribing.
  2. Manage correspondence, pleadings, and reports in draft and final form for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Audit and review financial records and manage petty cash.
  4. Manage databases and electronic case management systems.
  5. Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  7. Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a law office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: Estimated $43,200-$53,500 per year, depending on experience.
