About the Role

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Harness and Interconnect Design Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex harness and interconnect systems for various aerospace and defense applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop harness and interconnect systems for multiple missile programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets performance, cost, and schedule requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test procedures
  • Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in harness and interconnect design
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
