Foster Care Support Coordinator

The Case Support Worker is responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of children and families in our care. This includes providing direct placement services and supervision, as well as supporting foster parents and the foster child in meeting their individual needs.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), which outline specific goals and objectives for each child's care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct placement services and supervision to youths
- Assisting foster parents and the foster child with implementing, tracking, and monitoring ISPs
- Completing monthly reports, including ECEM Contact/Home face-to-face Visit and Notes, General Contact and Notes, and Monthly Summary Reports
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
