Job Description

The Customer Service Support Specialist role is a part-time position at Liberty University's Jerry Falwell Library, offering 12-18 hours of work per week. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering directional, research, and technical questions from library patrons.

Requirements

Salary: $12-$15 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Estimated annual salary: $24,960 - $31,200.
