About the Role

As a Patient Care Navigator at RadNet, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients through every stage of their breast imaging journey.

Main Duties:

  • Ensuring seamless coordination between radiologists, surgeons, and patients to guarantee optimal patient outcomes.
  • Effective management of ultrasound guided & stereotactic biopsies and surgical marker placements to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.

You Will Also:

  • Resolve any discrepancies in patient information and communicate changes to relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, test results, and follow-up appointments.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a hospital or medical office setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
