Job Description

This position involves working as a clinical resource for our members, providing triage, support, and education during their cancer journey. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, oversee member health, and facilitate end-of-life care discussions. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license
  • At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing
  • Oncology-related certifications such as Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
