Field Service Representative II

Intralot, Inc. is a leading provider of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content, and value-added services to state-licensed gaming organizations. As a Field Service Representative II, you will play a critical role in promoting lottery ticket sales through contracted retailers, delivering retailer POS terminals and supplies, and identifying and contacting prospective businesses to enroll as lottery retailers.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise and Promote Lottery Ticket Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase lottery ticket sales through contracted retailers.
- Deliver Retailer POS Terminals and Supplies: Ensure timely delivery of POS terminals and supplies to retailers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum sales potential.
- Identify and Contact Prospective Businesses: Proactively identify and contact prospective businesses to enroll as lottery retailers, increasing revenue and market share.
- Diagnose and Repair Hardware, Software, and System Issues: Provide technical support to customers, diagnosing and repairing hardware, software, and system issues to minimize downtime and maximize sales potential.
- Introduce and Explain New Lottery Products: Educate retailers and players on new lottery products, increasing sales and revenue.
- Maintain and Build Retailer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with retailers, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to maximize lottery sales.
- Conduct Initial and Ongoing Training: Provide initial and ongoing training to new and existing retailer employees on lottery products and benefits, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to maximize sales.
- Assist Retailers in Resolving Lottery-Related Customer Issues: Provide support to retailers in resolving customer issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum sales potential.
- Increase Territory Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase territory sales through merchandising and specific game promotions.
- Monitor and Merchandise New Point of Sale Materials: Ensure new point of sale materials are properly merchandised to maximize exposure and sales potential.
- Identify and Engage Prospective Businesses: Proactively identify and engage prospective businesses to enroll as lottery retailers, increasing revenue and market share.
- Conduct Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys on prospective businesses to determine the best locations for lottery equipment and marketing materials.
- Conduct Initial Start-Up Training: Provide initial start-up training to new retailer employees on procedures for selling lottery products.
- Monitor and Assist Retailers in Maintaining Optimum Balance of Instant Ticket Inventory: Ensure retailers maintain an optimum balance of instant ticket inventory, minimizing waste and maximizing sales potential.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of Two Years' Experience in a Selling/Service Environment: A minimum of two years' experience in a selling/service environment is required.
- Must Have at Least (3) Years of Driving Experience in the Class of Vehicle Operated: Must have at least (3) years of driving experience in the class of vehicle operated.
- Must Be Able to Distinguish Between Far, Near, Peripheral Distances: Must be able to distinguish between far, near, peripheral distances.
- Driving Record Must Be Free of DUI/DWI for (3) Three-Year Period Prior to Employment: Driving record must be free of DUI/DWI for (3) three-year period prior to employment.
- Good Working Knowledge of Sales Principles and Practices: A good working knowledge of sales principles and practices is preferred.
- Excellent Written, Verbal, Coordinative, Organizational, and Evaluative Skills: Excellent written, verbal, coordinative, organizational, and evaluative skills are preferred.
- Working Knowledge of Computers and Other General Office Equipment: A working knowledge of computers and other general office equipment is preferred.
