About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at North Idaho Home Health. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who wants to provide exceptional patient care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing and directing provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.

This includes:

  • Conducting initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations to determine primary focus of care and developing the plan of care within state-specific guidelines
  • Ensuring patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer source
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • A current CPR certification
  • A current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive excellent benefits, including flexible scheduling, opportunities for career growth, and employee-focused wellness programs.
