About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an ABA Apprentice at Behavioral Innovations. As an ABA Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and contribute to the development and implementation of behavior-analytic programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners, ensuring the highest level of care and support.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients on assigned BCBAs' respective caseloads, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Support BCBAs in providing staff and caregiver training, promoting a culture of excellence and best practices.
  • Assist BCBAs with parent communication and analyze client data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Research literature related to client programs, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active RBT certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Preferred: Active BCaBA certification.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 75% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
  • Completion of all education requirements to obtain BACB certification.
