This Medical Device Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to work under general direction, providing engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff. As a specialist, you will exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work, monitoring performance, and reporting status to management.

  • Act as a liaison between the medical community and our business, building and sustaining credible relationships with customers and sharing product expertise accordingly.
  • Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products for healthcare professionals, staying current on developments in your field and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolves and/or facilitates resolution of problems, including identifying causes to prevent re-occurrence, while continuously developing engineering, sales, and technical skills relative to the overall Arrhythmia Management strategy.
