Position Overview:
All Lines Technology Inc. is in search of a seasoned Cisco VOIP Architect to enhance our technical team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and sustaining the internal IP telephony voice communication framework along with its related network interfaces and hardware components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate architectural strategies for voice and data services.
  • Deploy network hardware components, including IP and PBX communication servers.
  • Design and implement Cisco Unity systems effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve VoIP network challenges.
  • Assess and upgrade network security measures and protocols.
  • Manage network user access and company permissions.
  • Coordinate strategies for defining, deploying, and sustaining the voice communication framework.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of expertise in network voice, collaboration, telepresence, and call center environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco IP telephony technologies and solutions.
  • Experience in managing and supporting Cisco's Unified Communications portfolio, including CUCM, Unity, Voice Gateways, Collaboration Edge, Jabber, Telepresence, and inbound/outbound routing with PRI and SIP trunking.
  • Proficient in network planning, architectural design, and engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
  • Capability to assess new products, troubleshoot network issues, and develop and document technical standards and interface applications.
