Your responsibilities will include providing supervisory support, managing call-offs/no shows, sending open shift messages, and responding to shift requests. You will also support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services, encouraging personalized and meaningful resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs.
We require a High School diploma or GED, ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, and relevant certifications/licenses. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working with seniors, demonstrate leadership competencies, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
