Job Summary

Aerotek is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Associate to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and contractors, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues, and maintaining a high level of administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contractor and Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for contractors and clients, including I-9 form review and completion, and ensuring compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
  • Lifecycle Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor questions and facilitate communication to resolve onboarding or payroll and invoicing issues.
  • Operational Support Activities: Provide outstanding front office customer service, partner with talent acquisition to manage internal onboarding, and maintain administrative support to all internal and external employees.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service related position.
  • Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service.
