They are responsible for executing a range of manual and automated tasks related to the receipt, storage, transportation, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and delivery of products. This includes handling items that may be hazardous, temperature-sensitive, or of significant value, while consistently demonstrating behaviors that reflect AbbVie’s core values and attributes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to maintain compliance with training, safety, GxP, and governmental standards.
  • Effectively comprehend and process documentation in line with established protocols.
  • Exhibit adaptability to rapidly changing work demands.
  • Engage in cross-training across various operational areas to minimize quality errors.
  • Accurately receive and inspect incoming products/materials for any signs of infestation, discrepancies, or damages.
  • Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of products are selected.
  • Transfer and locate materials/products to designated storage or shipping areas.
  • Verify the quantity, quality, labeling, and addresses against customer orders to ensure complete and accurate outgoing shipments.

Shift Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM CST
