About Us: We are a dynamic physical therapy practice that incorporates evidence-based practice into treatment of clients with orthopedic injuries. Our state-of-the-art facility includes an on-site sports performance center, aquatic center, and cutting-edge technology. Our clinical team encourages collaboration with fellow physical therapists, in addition to on-site occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and exercise physiologists to support our patients' needs. Job Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to patient evaluation and development of care plan.

2. Demonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to the documentation of clinical care.

3. Demonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to the communication of clinical and operational information.

4. Demonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to receiving and providing education.

5. Demonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to the supervision of support staff.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
  • 2+ years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
