Production Operations Coordinator

**Work Environment**
As a Production Specialist, you will work in our Somersworth, New Hampshire location, which is easily accessible by car or public transportation. Our facility is equipped with modern machinery and technology, providing a safe and efficient work environment. You will be responsible for sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items, pricing items, and putting them on the sales floor, all while prioritizing safety and following Agency safety policies.
**Job Duties**
As a Production Specialist, your role involves:
* Sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items
* Pricing items and putting them on the sales floor
* Prioritizing safety and following Agency safety policies
* Collaborating with supervisors to meet individual production goals
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job. You will also need to be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred, along with previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work.
