Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities related to the office cafeteria, cleaning services, mail distribution, maintenance, and reception. This includes managing supply orders and scheduling in-house personnel while effectively engaging outside service providers.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and inspections of critical systems including building infrastructure, equipment, landscaping, HVAC, and building automation systems.
  • Develop project scopes and manage capital initiatives from proposal stages through contractor selection and project execution, while closely monitoring budgetary compliance.
  • Coordinate space planning and office relocation efforts, ensuring efficient use of office layouts.
  • Prepare and manage operational and capital budgets, providing timely financial variance reports as necessary.
  • Review and authorize invoices for supplies and services rendered by external vendors, ensuring accurate payment processing.
  • Act as the primary contact for building inspections and participate actively in the Business Continuity Team.
  • Respond to emergency situations outside of regular hours, ensuring proper backup procedures are in place.
  • Lead the office safety team, ensuring training and coverage for emergency preparedness drills in collaboration with the building emergency team.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives and uphold company values.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising teams.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a corporate maintenance setting.
  • Basic familiarity with financial management systems.
