The Senior Financial Analyst for Market Insights plays a crucial role in gathering, interpreting, and presenting diverse market intelligence, linking operational efficiency and member satisfaction to fiscal results.

CenterWell Home Health is looking to appoint a Senior Financial Analyst within its Market Operations division. This position will collaborate closely with Finance, Provider Relations, Actuarial teams, and Medicare Risk Adjustment to support the organization’s mission of enhancing member health through effective provider partnerships.

  • Utilizes advanced tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, or other analytical platforms to extract data, generate essential reporting metrics, create visual data representations, and conduct thorough data analysis.
  • Delivers clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Engages with Regional Leadership to translate complex financial and operational data into succinct, presentable formats that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Develops and maintains data models for various analytical tasks to support strategic initiatives.
  • Monitors utilization reports and acts as a primary responder to emerging trends.

Key Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAS or SQL
  • At least 2 years' experience in data analysis
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Preferred:

  • MBA, CPA, or Actuarial qualifications
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage
