Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize soldering tools for the repair and modification of electronic circuit boards and 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF circuit boards utilized in RAN equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, working closely with engineers and technicians.
  • Employ network analyzers to collect RF data for reports aiding RRH product development.
  • Interpret schematics and operate PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to diagnose and repair antenna prototypes.
  • Maintain high-quality performance standards and a tidy, organized workspace.
  • Provide training and support to fellow Technicians in various repair processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of RF principles.
  • Skilled in soldering and de-soldering techniques.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electronic circuit components and theory.
  • Ability to operate signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
  • Familiarity with VSWR, ACLR, and feedback circuits.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience with receive and amplifier circuits.
  • Electronics Certification is required.
  • Successful completion of a Technical Aptitude Test.
  • For internal candidates: Minimum of 2 years as a Technician B with a recommendation from a supervisor.
