Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize soldering tools for the repair and modification of electronic circuit boards and 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment.
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair RF circuit boards utilized in RAN equipment.
- Collaborate with the Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, working closely with engineers and technicians.
- Employ network analyzers to collect RF data for reports aiding RRH product development.
- Interpret schematics and operate PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to diagnose and repair antenna prototypes.
- Maintain high-quality performance standards and a tidy, organized workspace.
- Provide training and support to fellow Technicians in various repair processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of RF principles.
- Skilled in soldering and de-soldering techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electronic circuit components and theory.
- Ability to operate signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
- Familiarity with VSWR, ACLR, and feedback circuits.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience with receive and amplifier circuits.
- Electronics Certification is required.
- Successful completion of a Technical Aptitude Test.
- For internal candidates: Minimum of 2 years as a Technician B with a recommendation from a supervisor.
