Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Marketing Manager to effectively communicate our unique solution and foster long-term relationships with our broker partners. This role is crucial in crafting and delivering compelling messaging and storytelling to brokers, as well as developing comprehensive enablement content.

The successful candidate will empower our underwriters and sales teams with solution training, case studies, sales sheets, tools, and resources to drive successful broker and client engagements. Collaborating cross-functionally with underwriters, distribution, sales, customer success, and other key stakeholders, you will ensure our team is well-equipped to highlight the advantages of our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Tailor compelling product positioning and messaging for our core insurance broker audience, drawing from underwriter engagements, market insights, and a thorough understanding of our solution.
  2. Create engaging and educational content by using industry trends and news to develop ideas for collateral, blogs, webinars, thought leadership, customer presentations, website content, videos, and bylined articles.
  3. Source, build, and approve engaging and scalable underwriter and seller content, including training materials, solution talking points, and other assets.
  4. Develop battle cards with quarterly updated competitive intelligence.
  5. Work closely with our services & BI team to create case studies and marketing stats to support the case for our solution.
  6. Partner with our marketing and distribution team to build a connected customer journey across our web properties and broker events, driving sustained engagement.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of product marketing experience in Insurance or broker marketing, with a preference for cyber insurance experience. The ideal candidate will have sales enablement experience, a proven track record of designing and delivering effective product marketing, sales training, and support programs, and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, be a self-starter with the ability to work proactively and take ownership, and be willing to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing startup environment.

What We Offer
