Job Summary

The Clinical Trials Manager provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight to the clinical trials program, ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials and the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the clinical trials program, including budget planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations, IRB approvals, and GCP guidelines.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor clinical trials staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote clinical trials and engage with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and patients.
  • Financial Management: Manage the clinical trials budget, including grant negotiations, contract management, and financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of clinical trials data, including data management, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, such as health administration, public health, or nursing.
  • Experience: 48 months of experience in clinical trials research coordination and/or administration, professional-level data management and analysis, or other closely related professional-level roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
