Counselor Assistant/Case Manager Job Overview

About the Position:

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Lead Counselor to provide day-to-day treatment to clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • An active State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher certification.
  • A relevant degree in human services or behavioral science with some paid or volunteer clinical experience or internship in the field of chemical dependency treatment is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $20.2 hourly wage.
