We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Fellow to join our team in the Neurologic Movement Disorders PT fellowship program. This is an exciting opportunity to develop subspecialty skills in the evaluation and treatment of patients with neurologic conditions and movement disorders.

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Fellow will work under the general supervision of the Rehab Manager, Program Director and Associate Director of Education and Professional Development. You will evaluate and treat patients in accordance with the laws and rules that govern the practice of physical therapy in the state of Ohio. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting patient evaluations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with neurologic conditions and movement disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including assessments of motor function, balance, and mobility
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in didactic learning modules for specific movement disorders, guided clinical mentorship, research projects, teaching experiences, and observational and active learning experiences

Requirements:
- Current licensure with the State of Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Board
- NCS or GCS certification or completion of a Neurologic or Geriatric Physical Therapy Residency program
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Compensation:
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
