  • Front Desk Operations

  • Club Maintenance
    • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized club environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal member experience.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving
    • Respond to member inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve member issues and improve overall member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Customer service background preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with membership software.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Physical Demands
